The name of the document containing the information to which access is provided: the quarterly report for II quarter 2010.
Date of publication of the text of the quarterly report on page in the network the Internet used by the emitter for disclosing of the information: 12.08.2010.
An order of granting by the emitter of copies of the quarterly report to interested persons:
According to section 2 item 2.13 “Positions about the information policy of OJSC “Uralsvyazinform” (it is confirmed by OJSC “Uralsvyazinform” Board of directors, the report from 12.07.2005 №2) the quarterly report is given for acquaintance with it within 7 days from the date of requirement occurrence. The document copy is given to OJSC “Uralsvyazinform” to all interested persons under their requirement for a payment which is not exceeding an overhead charge for its manufacturing.
Bank requisites of the settlement account of OJSC “Uralsvyazinform” for the payment of expenses for anufacturing of copies of the specified document and the amount of expenses on manufacturing of copies are published OJSC “Uralsvyazinform” in Internet to http://ir.u-tel.ru/contacts/relations.
