Information on the obligation of the issuer, total amount of the obligation in money terms: acquisition of Bonds on request of their owners on the terms of the offer about acquisition by open joint-stock company “Uralsvyazinform” (Further — the Issuer) Bonds (approved by Board of directors, the report dated March 6, 2009 # 19).
The acquisition is 300 (Three hundred) pieces of Bonds.
The acquisition price: 100 % (Hundred percent) from an outstanding part of par value of Bonds (over the specified price the saved up coupon income under Bonds for date of acquisition of Bonds is paid to the bondholder).
